Who We Are
JRC
An independent program governance and technical project controls platform — engineered for national infrastructure and enterprise scale.
Leadership
Founder & Principal · JR Consulting Services, LLC
JRC was founded by an enterprise operations strategist with a clear realization: across multi-million dollar capital programs and fast-moving transit environments, project failure rarely happens from a lack of effort—it happens from a lack of structural data governance, technical controls, and independent oversight.
With deep roots executing complex commercial deployments and working alongside high-volume infrastructure stakeholders, our founder built JRC to bridge the gap between compliance mandates and technical execution. By treating certifications not just as administrative paperwork, but as the foundational framework for deploying advanced IT Project Portfolio Management (PPM) controls, JRC has scaled into a trusted, multi-state partner for prime operators and transit systems alike.
“The certification is the foundation. The platform is the product.”

Built for One Purpose: About the Founder
Jameka Robinson, MBA, PMP, is a dynamic, metric-driven IT Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management Leader with over 32 years of experience optimizing cross-functional delivery across global manufacturing, higher education, financial technology, and multi-state compliance auditing sectors. As an expert in deploying enterprise PPM and Agile tools, she has spent her career automating executive reporting, governing multi-million-dollar budgets, and mitigating complex portfolio risks.
Jameka's foundational expertise was forged during her remarkable 23-year tenure at Resort Condominiums International (RCI), where she rose through the ranks from Systems Analyst to Senior IT Delivery Manager. At RCI, she directed project timelines for high-volume eCommerce platforms, maintaining an unyielding 99.9% system uptime and pioneering automated reporting frameworks that revolutionized data workflows across the enterprise.
To complement her deep technological background with floor-level commercial discipline, Jameka spent 3 years in the prestigious McDonald's Owner/Operator Program. Training directly under operators running vast portfolios of 6 to 30 locations, she mastered high-volume throughput, labor planning, and strict brand quality audits. This rare combination allows her to independently audit a commercial concessions footprint from the concourse floor straight to the balance sheet.
Building on this dual foundation of technology and operations, Jameka went on to manage advanced data engineering and data science PMOs at Medical Protective Corporation, and directed multi-million-dollar technology portfolios exceeding $10M at Cummins. Most recently, she was brought in by the University of Notre Dame to build out their internal AI team from the ground up, pioneering the rollout of their Campus AI Platform, global AI Engagement strategy, and enterprise Claude implementation. Her specialized technical portfolio also includes deep experience navigating complex financial technology and energy trading ecosystems, specifically the ION Group / Endur / Openlink platforms.
Today, Jameka leverages this elite executive background to serve as an active Board Member and VP of Public Relations for the AMAC Chicago Chapter. In this leadership role, she actively drives innovation engagement across the region, working directly alongside multi-billion-dollar prime construction PMOs to streamline regional technical procurement pathways. Through JRC, she translates decades of top-tier corporate governance into a nationwide, certified platform that secures and validates countable participation metrics for the country's most critical infrastructure and commercial operations.
